resin powder. Add any inserts or necessary items to be installed. · Monitor
cook and cooling cycles. · When
cooking and cooling is complete, de-mold part by loosening bolts with impact
and removing part. Check part to determine if properly cooked. · Inspect
part for any defects including warp, debris, release pull off, dents in mold,
etc. Determine if release needs to be applied or removed. Check vents and
flanges. · Toward
shift end record scrap and parts and parts from finished operation on
paperwork and in computer · Maintain
